How it works

Step 1

A document becomes available online.

Your schedule of documents consists of six or more milestone transaction events where you will be automatically notified when the scheduled document has arrived.

Step 2

A link is e-mailed to your inbox.

You will receive information on which document was uploaded and a “View Files” internet link directing you to your private transaction documents page. You can bookmark this page in your browser or just wait for the next automatic notification.

Step 3

View and download your documents.

To view a document, simply click on its name, e.g., Contract, Survey, HUD-1. Most documents will be in Adobe PDF format so you will needAdobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the file.
